Hermes Birkins are famously hard to get, only offered to loyal customers of the brand, but even rarer is the opportunity to special order a custom Birkin. Each season Hermes adjusts the specifications allowed for their Horseshoe stamp or HSS bags, and there is always the possibility that any HSS bag could be a unique combination produced only once. This 30cm example, produced in 2013 and kept in unused condition, showcases the possibilities of unique color combinations very well. The intense dissonance between the neon Lime and classic neutral Etoupe Chevre leathers is something rarely seen in HSS Birkins today.
